		<description>I agree with you, however, correct me if I am wrong and with all due respect,  I believe you have a few of the facts wrong.  The truth is they didn&#039;t follow procedure, they shot 15 times (not one single shot) at an unarmed man running in the opposite direction (hence shot in the ass - which he deserved if you ask me) - but these weer all violations of Border Patrol policy, we can&#039;t just have cops making up their own rules.  This is the USA not a 3rd world country.  However, whatever their mistakes, their punishment is cruel and unusual.  They have both been in solitary now almost 2 years.  PLEASE SIGN PETITION AND FORWARD IT TO ANYONE WHO YOU KNOW  find petition at http://themaverickmuse.com (the problem with ramos and compean)</description>
