Barack Obama, Al Gore’s Environmental Mini-Me

Al Gore has another environmental disciple, an environmental mini-me.

His name, Barack Obama.

I’m sure Obama was on board all the while, speeches and comments during his run for the presidency more than indicated that he was. I guess I just assumed that he knew Al Gore had toy’s in his attic and that Obama would go else where when he decided to get his Green on.

Looks like I was wrong.

Obama says climate change a matter of national security

President-elect Barack Obama said on Tuesday attacking global climate change is a “matter of urgency” that will create jobs as he got advice from Al Gore, who won a Nobel Peace Prize for his work on the issue.

In remarks to reporters, Obama made clear he would adopt an aggressive approach to global warming when he takes over the White House on January 20.

He and Vice President-elect Joe Biden met for nearly two hours with former Vice President Gore at Obama’s presidential transition office in Chicago.

“All three of us are in agreement that the time for delay is over, the time for denial is over,” Obama said.

I’ve no doubt that both Barack Obama and Al Gore believe Americans are stupid, and some of us surely are, some of us just don’t give a crap, the rest of us are stupefied by the others.

It has become very evident over the last decade plus the cause of the environment is nothing more than another paving stone being placed in the path which is leading not only to Socialism in America, but forced Socialism world wide.

The forced Socialism will come only out of a necessity to save the world and it’s inhabitants of course, nothing nefarious behind it.

We stand on the edge of environmental disaster, financial disaster, wars here and wars there…

Someone has got to save us! Surely only a massive global government in some form can be our savior.

Heck, why not a handful of elitists?

Hand on folks, we are in for a wild ride, the verbiage of the worlds leaders tells us so.
