Mom Seeking Slut For Down’s Syndrome Son

Yeah, I know not a very appealing title.

I wanted to make sure the title spoke the truth of the efforts of a mother of Abingdon, Oxfordshire in southern England.

Lucy Baxter is, in fact looking for a slut to have sex with her son, Otto.

Otto has Down’s Syndrome and apparently has problems finding a girlfriend.

Mail Online

So she is appealing for women to come forward so Otto can ‘enjoy the same experiences as other men his age’.

She says she is even prepared to go so far as to pay for a prostitute for her adopted son.

I’ve no doubt that a parent of a Down’s Syndrome child wants for their child to have as much a “normal” life as possible. That would include a girlfriend or boy friend and even marriage perhaps.

Sex outside of marriage, while perhaps normal is of course not advisable and is not morally normative.

No matter if your child suffers from Down’s Syndrome or does not, it really is not wise to encourage your child to have sex outside of marriage; to actually take it a step further and seek out a person for your child to have sex with is yet another level of horrible judgment.

She say’s that she would like for Otto to have a girlfriend, I wonder if she herself understands that there are far more dynamics involved in a relationship other than sex?

I’m sure she believes she is attempting to increase the happiness of her son, however she is teaching him that the priority in a relationship is sex; no matter the mental capacity of the person involved, a relationship based on sex will not be a happy relationship in the long run.

Lucy Baxter you really should be ashamed of yourself.

I know you are not, but you should be.

The Democratic Party Feels Emboldened Behind President Obama And Are Attacking Free Speech

Last week Rush Limbaugh said the following concerning President Obama and his agenda.

Rush Limbaugh

If I wanted Obama to succeed, I’d be happy the Republicans have laid down.  And I would be encouraging Republicans to lay down and support him. Look, what he’s talking about is the absorption of as much of the private sector by the US government as possible, from the banking business, to the mortgage industry, the automobile business, to health care.  I do not want the government in charge of all of these things. I don’t want this to work.  So I’m thinking of replying to the guy, “Okay, I’ll send you a response, but I don’t need 400 words, I need four: I hope he fails.” (interruption) What are you laughing at?  See, here’s the point.  Everybody thinks it’s outrageous to say.  Look, even my staff, “Oh, you can’t do that.”  Why not?  Why is it any different, what’s new, what is unfair about my saying I hope liberalism fails?  Liberalism is our problem.  Liberalism is what’s gotten us dangerously close to the precipice here.  Why do I want more of it? I don’t care what the Drive-By story is.  I would be honored if the Drive-By Media headlined me all day long: “Limbaugh: I Hope Obama Fails.”  Somebody’s gotta say it.

Were the liberals out there hoping Bush succeeded or were they out there trying to destroy him before he was even inaugurated? Why do we have to play the game by their rules?  Why do we have to accept the premise here that because of the historical nature of his presidency, that we want him to succeed?

Rush said this on January 16th and since that time, the manufactured outrage from the left has been unprecedented.  That outrage has turned into what I see as a full out attack on free speech.

Currently the Democratic Congressional Campaign has begun an online petition for Americans to “expresses your outrage” concerning the above comments from Mr. Limbaugh.

The DCC has put an audio clip of the comments made by Rush on their petition page, void of all context.

The reasoning for the petition as stated on the DCC blog page is

We need every grassroots Democrat to show Rush Limbaugh and all of the Republicans what they’re up against if they start attacking President Obama and Democrats who are working to end the failed GOP policies of the last eight years.

Let’s be honest here, the above is NOT the real reason for this petition.

This petition is simply the beginning of an Obama era campaign to  squash debate. It is meant to send a message to elected Republicans with no back bone to shut up and get on board. It’s a message to everyday people like you and me to shut up.

For all the claims from Democrats of diversity, they sure the hell don’t want a diversity of opinion and they have no interest in an actual national conversation.

They are telling us that this socialist crap WILL be shoved down our throats and we WILL like it.

Get bent, okay.

There was no effort to shut you up when you disagreed with GWB, no effort to shut you up when you disagreed with Ronald Reagan. Rather there was debate.

Speaking for myself, I won’t shut my big mouth, I’ve now only more resolve to express my opinion, share my thoughts.

No one, from a liberal neighbor to President Obama himself is going to tell me I cannot disagree with him and that I cannot disagree in a public way. I’m very sure Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck, etc… have no intention of keeping their thoughts and opinions to themselves.

Excuse me lefties, what happened to your prosaic statements such as “dissent is the highest form of patriotism” or “question authority”?

How in the last eight years anyone could have missed that the left is comprised bullies I don’t know. There should be no question in your mind and if any doubt lingers, I assure you it will be answered in the affirmative within the months to come.

You can go to the DCC site and leave your comments concerning this Rush Limbaugh and free speech issue here. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find a place to leave comments.

I left comments there, if they will allow those comments or not I do not know.

The comments I left are below.

Your tactics are disturbing and fully disgusting.

You have purposely taken the comments of Rush Limbaugh out of context.

Are Americans to believe you wanted GWB to have succeeded with his agenda?

I agree with Rush, as do millions of other Americans.
We cannot disagree with President Obama and his agenda but it was okay for you to disagree with GWB?

No room for varying opinions in America when a Democrat sits in the oval office?

Don’t take their crap.

They are going to make a move on talk radio this year, they are already talking about it. Next may well be blogs and other websites expressing disagreement with their agenda.

As much as I would like to think it far fetched, who is to say after radio shows and blogs, it won’t be you?

This Friggin’ Love Fest

Seriously!

I can’t take the religious fervor (and there is most definitely a quasi-spirituality to the Obama cult).

It is impossible to remove the unreasonable elements between the eight years of Bush hatred by the media and celebrities and homage paid Barack Obama by the very same persons.

In the video below, Hollywood celebrities have joined together to pledge “to be the change we seek”.

Various pledges are given by various celebrities through out the video, pledges to better America and the world. Where were these pledges from these people during the eight years that George W. Bush was in the White House?

Their pledges at that time consisted of threatening to leave the country (a pledge I would they had made good on) too cursing our nations president, too blaming all the woes of the world upon him.

Of the various pledges, it is the final pledge of Ashton Kutcher and his grandmother, Demi Moore that I enjoy the most. Together they pledge, “to be a servant to our president and to all man kind”!

I wonder, did they have any kind of pledge for this nation or man kind as a whole previous to the election of Barack Obama?

I’ve my own pledge.
It’s actually the same pledge I had for George W. Bush and the very same I will have for each subsequent president.

I pledge to support you where I can and stand against you when I must.

These fools, and Barack Obama himself, may well have put a load upon the shoulders Mr. Obama that is far heavier than he will be able to carry.

You Cannot Trust The Media Coverage Of Israel/Gaza

Yesterday I posted on Little Bit Tired, Little Bit Worn an entry entitled Pallywood.

Basically it demonstrates how news from the Palestinian areas should be automatically considered suspect as it is a known fact that much of the video footage coming from the area is staged and in fact scripted.

This post is meant to further that point.

The following image was recently used by various media outlets to show the carnage of an Israeli IDF strike on a civilian market in Gaza on 1.01.2009.

lie

The fact of the matter is that this image is from 8.23.2005 and is the aftermath of a Hamas pickup truck which was carrying Qassam rockets accidentally exploded. The original 2005 image is here. A reluctant but honest critic of Israel post further and more in depth about this particular claim here.

We have also been told of the IDF having attacked a U.N. school in Gaza, I believe one yesterday and one today.

There is a reason why such an attack may have taken place, the same reasoning can be applied to attacks on Mosques, hospitals, etc…

Watch the following video and read the accompanying captions to see why such an attack would take place and why Hamas is far more responsible for the deaths of civilians in Gaza than is Israel.

Certainly not all news that comes from Gaza, the West Bank, etc is false or staged, but enough of it is that any news which comes from the area is suspect.

One has to wonder, why is it that the media outlets themselves are not able to weed out the lies from truth while persons viewing the news are?

It is actually very sad, because as the fact of the staging of tragedies from this area of the world becomes better known, the more likely it becomes that the world will ignore what is real for fear that they are again being lied to.

When the tragedies and victims are real, we may not be there to help for the Palestinians and those who would exploit their plight have cried wolf too many times.

Those Sensitive Iranians

Hollywood has insulted the nation of Iran.

Telegraph

Iran has again accused Hollywood of “anti-Iranian” sentiment, this time due to scenes in The Wrestler, a Golden Globe-nominated drama starring Mickey Rourke.

The country’s media has reportedly condemned the film in part because of a fight sequence in which Rourke’s character, Randy ‘the Ram’ Robinson, battles an opponent dubbed the Ayatollah.

During the fight, the Ayatollah, played by actor and former professional wrestler Ernest “the Cat” Miller, waves an Iranian flag before ramming the pole under his opponent’s neck. Rourke’s character then grabs the flag and snaps the pole over his knee before tossing it into the crowd.

This from a nation where the government organizes anti American protests (even paying some of the participants to take part in the protests) where the American flag is always burned and often times our leaders are burned in effigy.

flagburn_iran

It isn’t that I am surprised about this claim of an ‘anti-Iranian sentiment’, just a little ticked off that one of the worlds largest sponsors of terror (if not the largest) would cry that an Iranian flag was mistreated in a Hollywood film.

Until the 9/11 terrorist attacks on America, Iran was responsible for more American deaths by way of terrorism than any other nation or group. These terrorist attacks being carried out by terrorist groups sponsored by Iran, hezbollah being the most effective for Iran in these murderous endeavors.

I’d say the nation of Iran, or at least it’s government have a far longer standing tradition of an anti-American sentiment than we do an anti-Iran sentiment. Not to mention that in Hollywood, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is far more likely to find sympathizers than he is to find those who are anti-Iran.

The article goes on:

It accused the Hollywood studio of participating in a campaign of “psychological warfare”, “plundering Iran’s historic past and insulting its civilization”, and depicting Persians as “ugly and violent creatures rather than human beings”.

The individual citizens of Iran may well not be “ugly and violent creatures”,the members of their government however are.

You were not insulted.

Next time your wack-job president comes to New York to speak at the U.N., pay my travel expenses and I’ll show you how to insult a nation and it’s leaders.

I’ll just follow your lead, burn flag, burn leader in effigy.
